Only the information needed to process a complaint is being requested. Any personal information collected as a result of this complaint is protected under the Privacy Act, and is included in Personal Information Bank number PWGSC PPU 001, which is available at Info Source. The information will be retained for a minimum of three years after the file is closed.

Under the Privacy Act, individuals have the right to protection of, and access to, their personal information held by the federal organization.
